Tear-off rails

Description

Tear-off rails are used to remove stuck residues on the rollers. They are attached to the cylinder frame with several screws. Thanks to the guide groove they allow to adjust the gap between the roller and the tear-off rail.

Package contents

If selected option for base roller, then package contents: 1x Tear-off rails set for base roller (1x Front rail and 1x Rear rail)

If selected option for extension rollers, then package contents: 2x Tear-off rails set for extension rollers (2x Front rail and 2x Rear rail)

If selected option for both rollers, then package contents: 1x Tear-off rails set for base roller (1x Front rail and 1x Rear rail), 2x Tear-off rails set for extension rollers (2x Front rail and 2x Rear rail)

Painting

If supplied with the base roller or extension rollers, the rails are supplied in a matching color. If sold separately, the rails are supplied unpainted (If you wish to paint them, please contact us)

Manufacturing time

This is a custom-made product. The usual production time depends on the quantity ordered, the current production load and the amount of modifications. Typical production time is between 4-7 weeks. If you need to specify the production time, please contact us.
